Qualification/Specification
• Should have a Bachelor degree or above
• Preference will be given to those candidates who are TITI
or other related professional body certified
• Candidates having work experience shall be preferred
• Priority shall be given to female candidates
• Should be able to work independently and demonstrate
competence under pressure
• Must have excellent English – verbal and written communication
skills
• Must be customer service oriented
• International exposure will be an advantage
• Must have the interest to learn
• Must be friendly
• Must be willing to work as a part of team
Job Description
• Candidate must be able to counsel students and parents for
admission
• Support all the team members
• Must be able to follow the administrative rules and regulations
• In depth knowledge on education system and recruitment
process for Australia and New Zealand (no exceptions)
• Assist students with the documentation process
• Update yourself on the immigration, visa rules and regulation on
a regular basis
• Assist students with the visa processing
• Must be able to correspond with the students and universities
• Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office
equipment

Position: Japanese Language Instructor
Job Category: Teaching Japanese Language

Job Description

Japanese language tests
• Must be able to follow the administrative rules and regulations
• Must be able to do the lesson-planning, develop teaching
materials and carry out the classes effectively and efficiently
• Must be able to support the institute in communicating with the
Japanese language schools when required
