Provide prospective students with true and accurate information about the institutions and courses they offer. Information on all important details such as fees, refund policies, services and facilities provided, on- and off-campus accommodation, job opportunities while studying, etc. will be provided.
Arrange telephone or online interview with the student whereby necessary. Or interview students and assess their documents on behalf of the institutions.
Help the institutions meet its recruitment target by introducing a good number of students yet quality of students will be considered during the recruitment process.
Facilitate institutional visits in Nepal and help the institutional representatives with workshops and seminars. We provide support for hotel booking, hall booking for workshops and seminars, etc.
Provide marketing intelligence to the institutions in terms of Nepal market.
Promote, market and organize seminars on behalf of the institutions in Nepal
Participate and represent the institutions at Educational Fairs and Career Exhibitions for promotional purpose in Nepal

In order to reach its goals of serving a diverse population of students, Focus Education works with education agents from all parts of Nepal. We only work with genuine and professional agents who can give accurate, honest advice to students.
Provide guidance and marketing tools (such as brochure, posters, promotional videos, DVDs or CD-ROMs as provided by the institutions) whenever needed
Provide regularly updated agent’s promotional materials, if possible, produced in the Nepali language
Respond promptly to the agent’s enquiries
Provide the agents with news and updates
Keep the agents abreast of the latest news about and changes in destination country’s international education policies through e-mails or newsletters.
Provide agents with comprehensive training on areas such as study destinations, education and training systems along with courses and qualifications, quality assurance, pros and cons of studying in various countries, lifestyle – travel, accommodation, living costs, welfare, course fees and scholarships, application procedures, entry requirements, visas and immigration, job opportunities while studying, etc. The training could take place on an individual basis or in a small group, either in your office premises or in a seminar hall.
